Chemical composition and substance declarations

With alloy chemical compositions and corresponding CAS numbers, our extended MMPDS database enables precise substance declarations and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The EDA® SCR module generates regulated substance reports from bills of materials (BOM) — listing quantities, proportions, and CAS numbers — and can be accessed via a REST interface for PLM and ERP systems.

The 172 Master Materials aggregate all data of a specific alloy across heat treatment, product form, and dimension variations. Integration of CAE and CAD systems

Our extended MMPDS database integrates with leading CAE and CAD systems including Abaqus, LS-DYNA, Siemens NX, and Catia. The EDA® Material Selector App (MSA) lets engineers assign materials to parts directly in CAD. The Data Exchange module (DX) provides bi-directional interfaces and supports Electronic Certificates of Confirmation (eCoC) — from test data through material model parametrization to CAE export.
